About Me
My name is Don Sutherland, and with over 45 years in the real estate industry, I like to say real estate
is part of my DNA. Coming from a family deeply rooted in this field, my journey began long before I
earned my license. My parents purchased their first investment property before I was even born, and by
1976, they had established a small family brokerage that set the stage for my own career.
I officially entered the industry in 1980 with my real estate license and earned my Broker’s license in
2000. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of properties—from urban
condos and suburban homes to charming century homes, rural escapes, and recreational retreats. As a
Senior Member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and a former Broker of Record, I’m proud
of my spotless record, built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to my
